only charge you for that data that you need. We do not charge you to recover
data that you don't need and can restore from CD's and backup tapes.

In order to better serve our clients, Assist Data Recovery charges a $99 Diagnostics and Evaluation
fee for any disk or media sent in for recovery.
This fee is deducted from your final Data Recovery estimate and you will NOT be charged for it again.
